Nikhil Thampi's collection always spell glamour and the designer has never disappointed us with his evening wear. Nikhil Thampi presented his all new bridal collection named Alchemy at the Day 2 of ongoing Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2015 ramp.
The designer who is known for bold cut-out detailing and the trademark obi belts on red carpet gowns, has taken a swift turn to present a chic and elegant bridal wear including lehengas and sarees with a twist.
The collection which consisted of heavy bridal couture were in dupion silk, pure silk, linen, cotton and polyester blends. Adding his touch, Nikhil made the ethnic wear look sensuous and bold with sarees without blouses and not to forget embellished dupattas.
We saw his favourite, metal sheen in the Alchemy and the designer did not fail to win our hearts with his collection presented in his true style!
The colours palette consisted of white, gold, nudes, beige, shades of red and mango yellow.
Plunging necklines and golden detailing looked perfect for the red carpet!
Footwear and accessories Designer Aprajita Toor has designed an exclusive set of footwear that would blend perfectly with Thampi's Alchemy collection.
