Sonam Kapoor made her Cannes debut in 2011. She has come a long way since then. She has emerged as the fashionista of our country. Also, representing India at international fashion platforms.

Love or hate Sonam's fashion but she has established herself as the glamour girl that every fashion lover look up to. And her Cannes appearance is that one thing that entire India awaits for.

Sonam resembled the Mexican painter Frieda Kahlo. The dark makeup definitely did not work for her. But the white gown was sure something. She again wore Ferragamo shoes for this one.

Sonam opted for this shimmery dress at a private dinner on The Cavalli Yacht during her first year at Cannes. I can't really say if the dark makeup works for her. She also wore these labels:

Sonam wore a polka dot Masaba Gupta saree during her second year at Cannes. She wore this saree with a full sleeve blouse. Again dark makeup! Why, Sonam why?

Sonam wore this classy red velvet Dolce & Gabbana dress. Her hair styled like Greek goddesses. Again the makeup has turned off the look but the dress is really something.

Sonam looked enchanting in this sheer black gown. Her makeup is in tone with her dress. She looks like an Indian version of The Maleficient.

Sonam looked like a princess flaunting an Elie Saab pink frock with pink sandals.

Worst: 2013, In Anamika Khanna

This outfit was critiqued by many. Sonam was criticised for wearing this. Possibly, her major fashion faux pas. The jacket with the saree did not sync in, nor did Sonam's hair.

Best: 2013, In Shehla Khan

It was a clever choice to opt for this black and grey lehenga. It looks more like a red carpet gown. Sonam looked good in this after her major Anamika Khanna saree mishap.

Sonam wore this happy and summery dress at the red carpet and surely swooned our hearts.

It looks like Sonam loves this designer. The third time she wore a piece from the same designer at Cannes. She opted center-parting hair which went really well with the gown.

This piece by Anamika Khanna worked. A pale pink net saree gown paired with a heavy coker. Hair styled center-parted and smokey eye makeup. Everything worked incredibly well.
