Deepika Padukone's Classy Appearance At A Special Screening Of Talvar

Talvar is a film that revolves around the mysterious double murder of the fourteen year old Delhi girl Arushi Talwar and Hemraj Banjade. Though these murders took place at Noida in the year 2008 and the case has baffled everyone that has encountered it. Even till today no one can be sure of what really happened that fateful night.

Talvar is written by Vishal Bharadwaj and directed by Meghna Gulzar. It's a Bollywood docudrama murder mystery thriller film and presents three contradictory accounts of the case, which variously portray the parents as guilty or innocent. Instead of sensationalising the murders, Talvar brings to light the reality of the late girl's parents and the investigation.

There was a special screening of Talvar that took place at the Light Box in Mumbai and some popluar celebrities turned up to watch it. Among them was none other than our favourite actress Deepika Padukone, glam goddess and fashion diva! She came dressed casually, in a faded blue a-line dress. We love the silhouette of the dress, it's very plain and elegant. The midi length suits Deepika really well because she is a towering 5 ft 9 in. For those pretty little feet of hers, she chose white Nike keds and we think that she looks super cute and adorable.

Simple make-up and a pony tail hairstyle topped off the whole look and we think Deepika Padukone nails it each and every time!
