Alia Bhatt’s Ganesh Chaturthi 2026 Looks Were All About Custom Kurtas, Colour And Modern Festive Style
Ganesh Chaturthi brought out a distinctly festive side of Alia Bhatt this year, with the actor moving between vibrant colours, traditional silhouettes and thoughtfully styled jewellery for the celebrations. From a sunshine yellow-and-blue House of Masaba creation to a softer custom pink kurta set, Alia kept her festive wardrobe rooted in Indian craftsmanship while giving each look its own mood. And for Ganesh Visarjan, she turned to a rich fuchsia ensemble that added another burst of colour to her celebrations.
A Custom Yellow-And-Blue Kurta Set For Ganpati Puja
For one of her Ganpati puja appearances, Alia Bhatt chose a custom yellow-and-blue kurta set from House of Masaba. The sunshine yellow base brought a distinctly festive mood, while the blue detailing added contrast to the traditional silhouette.
She paired the look with jewellery from Razwada Jewels, keeping the overall styling rooted in Indian festive dressing. The outfit also stood out for its bright colour combination, giving Alia's puja look a cheerful yet polished quality.
The House of Masaba creation was one of two custom kurta looks Alia wore during the celebrations, making colour the central theme of her festive wardrobe.
Alia's Custom Pink Kurta Set
Alia switched from yellow to pink for another Ganpati puja look, again opting for a custom House of Masaba kurta set. The softer pink palette gave the outfit a more delicate, feminine feel while retaining the traditional character of the ensemble.
She accessorised this look with Akoya Jewels earrings and Rihaanjewels bangles. Her styling team for the looks included Priyanka Karkapia, Iram Halai and Ritvi Mehta.
Rather than relying on heavy embellishment, the outfit allowed its colour, silhouette and jewellery to create the festive impact.
A Fuchsia Moment For Ganesh Visarjan
For the Kapoor family's Ganesh Visarjan on September 18, Alia changed into another vibrant ethnic look. She wore a fuchsia kurta paired with a Farshi salwar, creating a striking pink-and-golden-yellow combination. The Shvi Kurta Set from Mulmul is crafted from Cupro Satin, with the rich fuchsia short kurta paired with a coordinated Farshi salwar. Alia kept the styling relatively simple with statement earrings, her hair tied up and no footwear during the ritual.
Alia Bhatt's Festive Style Had A Colourful Rhythm
Across her Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, Alia moved effortlessly between yellow, blue, pink and fuchsia, while keeping traditional Indian silhouettes at the heart of each appearance. Her wardrobe offered three distinctly different approaches to festive dressing - from the custom House of Masaba puja ensembles to the relaxed fuchsia Farshi salwar look for visarjan.
Rather than one statement outfit defining her celebrations, it was the variety that made Alia's festive wardrobe particularly interesting.
