All You Need

Potatoes- 2 (chopped and boiled)
Green Beans- 4 (chopped)
Green chillies- 2 nos
Cumin seeds- ½ tbsp
Red chilli powder- ½ tbsp
Turmeric powder- ¼ tbsp
Garam masala- ½ tbsp
Coriander powder- ½ tbsp
Salt- to taste
Oil

Procedure

1. Take a pan and heat oil in it. Now, add cumin seeds and green chillies. Wait till the cumin seeds splutter and the green chillies are roasted.

2. Now, add potatoes and green beans to the pan. Stir them for a minute.


3. Then, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and coriander powder to it.

4. Stir the mixture well and close the pan with a lid. Put the pan in medium flame. The dish will be cooked in 10 minutes.
