Sabz Khada Masala
INGREDIENTS :
50 gms Carrot, Chopped
50 gms Cauliflower, Chopped
50 gms Beans, Chopped
50 gms Spring Onions, Chopped
50 gms Potatoes, Chopped
3 ripe Tomatoes, Chopped
50 gms Peas
1 Cup Curds
1 tbsp. Ghee(Clarified Butter)
1 tsp. Garam Masala Powder
2tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
4 Green Chilies chopped
1 tsp. Red Chili powder
3 to 4 Whole red chili
1 tsp. Garlic paste
1 tsp. Ginger paste
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
For Whole Garam Masala :
3 cloves
2 whole Cardamoms
3 Bay Leaves
3 pieces Cinnamon
3 peppercorns
METHOD :
Heat ghee in a pan, add whole Garam Masala, Green Chilies, whole Red Chili, Garlic/Ginger paste and mix well. Add Red chili powder, Turmeric powder and Tomatoes. Stir well. Now add the chopped vegetables and stir. Add water and cook till done. Now add Curds, Garam Masala powder and Coriander leaves and mix well. Add salt to taste.
Remove to a serving bowl and serve hot with Roti's or Chapathi's.
