Quick & Easy Papad Ki Sabzi Recipe (Watch Video)
Try something unique for lunch today. Keep aside the usual vegetables, dairy products, chicken, mutton and other eatables. Today we have a unique and lip smacking side dish recipe made of papads.
We usually consume papads by frying them up as snacks. But here we are using to the papads to prepare a delicious side dish which you can serve both with rotis or your regular meal. The papads are first made crisp and then cooked with a few spices. The crispy papads taste extremely delicious when cooked with spices and doesn't take much time either.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- Urad dal papads- 2
- Onion- 1 (big, chopped)
- Spring onions- 2 stalks (chopped)
- Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
- Cumin powder- 1tsp
- Coriander powder- 1tsp
- Dry mango powder- 1tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Coriander leaves- 2tbsp (chopped)
- Oil- 1tbsp
Procedure
1. Heat a tawa and roast the papads in it, till they are crispy.
2. Once the papads are roasted, transfer them to a plate and crush them with your hands.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Fry till they turn golden brown.
4. Then add the cumin powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, salt, green chillies and spring onions to the pan and saute for 4-5 minutes.
5. Now add the crushed papads to the pan and mix well.
6. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
7. Once done, switch off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Crispy and tasty papad ki sabzi is ready to be served. Serve it as a side dish with rice and dal.
