Chilli Coriander Fried Rice Recipe
Feeling tired after a long day at work? Then here is an easy recipe for you. Chilli coriander fried rice is a quick Chinese recipe which is spicy and is delightfully tasty. Chinese recipes are generally easy to prepare and of course, it is loved by all. This recipe of chilli coriander fried rice is especially one of the most hassle free recipe you can ever find.
Chilli coriander fried rice recipe is prepared with a fiery combination of the red and green chillies. If you love to eat spicy food, then this is one of the best recipes you can try out for dinner. A dash of soy sauce is added to the recipe to get the tangy taste. The combination of the spicy and tangy flavours make this recipe an absolute delight for your taste-buds.

Ingredients
- Rice- 2 cups
- Water- 4 cups
- Garlic- 6-7 cloves (chopped)
- Red chilli- 1 (sliced)
- Green chillies- 4 (sliced)
- Soy sauce- 1tbsp
- Coriander leaves- 4tbsp (chopped)
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil- 1tbsp
Procedure
- Wash and cook the rice in a deep bottomed pan with water for about 10 minutes on low flame.
- Once done, transfer the rice to a plate and spread it with a spatula. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped garlic for a minute on A medium flame.
- Add the red chilli and green chillies into the pan. Saute the ingredients for a minute.
- Now add in the soy sauce, cooked rice, salt, coriander leaves and stir fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Once done, switch off the flame and serve.
The spicy chilli coriander rice is ready to be served. Enjoy this quick and tasty rice recipe with a side dish of your choice.
