Ingredients:
1 Cup Bajra Flour or Corn Meal
1 Cup Rice Flour
1.5 Cups Wheat Flour
1 Cup Gram Flour
250gms Spinach or Methi/Fenugreek leaves, Chopped
1" piece Ginger
' Cup Coriander Leaves, Chopped
3 - 4 Green Chilies, Chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Cumin Powder
' tsp Turmeric Powder
A pinch of Asafoetida
2 Onions, Chopped finely
2tbsp Oil
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and using lukewarm water prepare a dough.
Grease a tava or a kadai and press a ball of dough on it, to form a roti.
Pour a teaspoon of Oil all around and roast till golden brown. Remove and serve with chutney.
