Delicious & Protein Rich Legume Curry

There is no point in sacrificing taste if you are planning to diet. The side dish for the oil free chapathi or wheat bread will have to be nutritious, sumptuous and tasty. Today, we are to present a healthy legume curry. The legume recipe contains four different varieties and can also be called a protein rich recipe. Take a look for easy and quick making. Legume Curry Recipe – 100% Protein Rich Recipe


  1. ½ cup beans
  2. ½ cup peas
  3. ½ cup soy
  4. ½ cup lentils
  5. 1 cup spinach (chopped finely)
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. lemon juice
  8. 1 tsp oil
  9. 1 tsp mustard seeds


  1. 5-6 green chillies
  2. ½ coconut (grated)
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. ½ tsp ginger paste
  5. ½ coriander seeds
  6. 2 fenugreek seeds (optional)

Preparing The World's Best Legume Curry

1. Pressure cook lentils, beans, peas, soy and spinach for 15 – 20 minutes. Allow it to cool.

2. In a mixer, grind all the masala ingredients.

3. Add the masala to a thick bottom vessel with the boiled vegetables and bring it to boil.

4. Add salt, lemon juice to the vegetarian curry and stir well.

Tasty legume curry is ready. Season with oil fried mustard seeds and serve.
