Capsicum Green Peas Paneer Gravy

Paneer is one of the rich sources of protein. There are variety of dishes that are cooked using paneer.
One of the best dishes that can be made from paneer is, green peas-paneer gravy. It's the most mouth watering dish ever.
While you prepare a gravy with paneer you should never miss to add green peas. By adding green peas to paneer, it gives a more delicious taste.
Green peas paneer gravy tastes at its best with rotis or chapatis. You can make a chapati roll by making the gravy a little thick and adding it in the roll. This looks colourful and kids will enjoy eating it.
So, lets start cooking green peas paneer gravy.

Serves: 4
Preperation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Ingredients:
- Green peas: 2 cup
- Paneer: 200 gms
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Capsicum - 1 cup
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1tbsp
- Red chili - 3 to 4
- Green chilli - 3 to 4
- Dhaniya Powder - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Cinamon - 1 stick
- Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp
- Cashew - 10 to 12
- Salt- To taste
Special South Indian Fried Rice Recipe
Procedure:
- In the pressure cooker add water and then add peas to boil. Close the lid and wait for 2 whistles.
- In the mixy jar, add coconut, cashew, cinamon, poppy seeds, red chili, green chilli and add water and grind to a fine paste.
- In a pan add butter, after it is heated add chopped panner, fry until it turns light brown.
- Now add ginger-garlic paste, chopped capsicum, dhanya powder and saute it well.
- Add the boiled peas and then add the ground mixture to the pan.
- Saute it well. Add a little water.
- Add salt to taste.
- Green peas and panner gravy is ready to serve.
- It tastes best with roti or chapati.
