Sweet Corn Akki Roti Recipe – Summer Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients :

1. 2 cups Rice flour (sifted)

2. 1 cup sweet corn (boiled)

3. 1 big onion (finely chopped)

4. ¼ cup green chillies (chopped)

5. ¼ cup coriander (chopped)

6. 1 cup fresh coconut (grated)

7. 1 tsp cumin seeds

8. 1 tsp fresh ginger paste

9. Salt to taste

Preparation :

1. Add all the above ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

2. Prepare a soft dough by adding warm water.

3. Make medium sized balls of the batter. Spread the dough with greased fingers into circular rotis.

4. Grease the tava with oil and fry the roti. Sweet corn akki roti, the tasty summer breakfast is ready to serve.
