Stuffed Coriander Rotis For Breakfast
For a good morning breakfast, we need to have a good meal which consists of nutrients and good proteins. Stuffed rotis are the best when it comes to having it for breakfast since they contain veggies and other minerals needed for the human body. Breakfast which is the most important meal of the day needs to be a heavy one since your body needs something to boost energy.
This vegetarian breakfast recipe helps to boost the immune system and also provide one with a good amount of energy to start the day. This vegetarian breakfast recipe is easy to prepare when you have less amount of time in your hands.

The taste of coriander gives a delicious flavour to these rotis. This stuffed coriander roti is also rich in Vitamin A and C which is good for one to consume.
Serves - 4
Preparation Time - 20 minutes
Cooking Time - 30 minutes
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 2 cups
- Salt to taste
Ingredients for stuffing
- Coriander - 3 cups (finely chopped)
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tbsp
- Bengal gram flour - 3 tbsp
- Green chilli - 2 (finely chopped)
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Procedure
- Prepare the dough by mixing a little water and salt in a round bowl.
- When the dough is kneaded, divide it into 6 equal portions.
- Mix together all the stuffing ingredients in a shallow bowl and divide it into 6 equal portions as well.
- Now brush each round dough with a dash of oil and stuff with the filling.
- Roll it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Heat a griddle (tawa) and place the roti on a medium flame. Roast on both the sides using oil.
- Repeat the same process with the remaining dough and stuffing to make coriander rotis.
Let the rotis roast well on the medium flame until it turn golden brown in colour.
Your coriander roti is now ready to eat. Serve this roti along with salted butter to enhance the taste.
