Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
Potato - 2 (boiled and peeled)
Maida - 2 tablespoons
Green Chillies - 2 (slit in two)
Coriander leaves - a handful
Oil - 2 to 3 teaspoons
Salt - as per taste
Procedure
1. You need to first wash, peel, boil and grate the potatoes finely. Now place it in a bowl. Add to the bowl, maida and salt. Mix the ingredients well. Add a little water to make a thick batter like idli batter. Chop green chillies and coriander leaves and add it to the batter.
