Here is how you prepare the aloo dosa. Take a look at this yummy vegetarian breakfast recipe:

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
Potato - 2 (boiled and peeled)
Maida - 2 tablespoons
Green Chillies - 2 (slit in two)
Coriander leaves - a handful
Oil - 2 to 3 teaspoons
Salt - as per taste
Procedure
1. You need to first wash, peel, boil and grate the potatoes finely. Now place it in a bowl. Add to the bowl, maida and salt. Mix the ingredients well. Add a little water to make a thick batter like idli batter. Chop green chillies and coriander leaves and add it to the batter.
2. Heat a tawa and grease it with little oil. Pour a laddle of the batter and spread it like dosa. Now pour a little oil around the dosa. Fry the dosa on a medium flame until it is cooked well. When one side is cooked to a light brown shade, using the laddle, flip it over and cook another side also.
You can enjoy this dosa only when hot. Make sure to add a little butter over the hot dosa and then serve.
