Mouthwatering Veggie Cheese Pasta For Breakfast
Many believe that pasta is unhealthy and often considered to be a junk food. This mouthwatering dish is made out of flour and can be formed into sheets, strips or any other shape filled with healthy sauces and veggies for you to get your nutrients.
Vegetable cheese pasta recipe doesn't take much time. You can add your kids' favourite veggies to the pasta with a touch of cheese to give it that special flavour. When making a pasta treat, make sure the sauce you are preparing this dish in is perfect as it is the sauce which adds to the taste.
Tip: Tomato based pasta sauces stick better to round pastas than flat ones. Flat pasta suits better with cream based sauce. So keep this in mind!

Here is your veggie cheese pasta recipe. Take a look and prepare a healthy breakfast for your loved ones:
Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
- Pasta - 2 cups
- Onions - 1 (sliced)
- Capsicum - 1 ( sliced )
- Celery - 1 tbsp
- Mixed veggies (carrots, peas, tomatoes, beans) - 1 cup (boiled)
- Milk - ½ cup
- Cheese - 1 cup (grated)
- Herbs - ½ tsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Procedure
- Heat the pan over a medium flame. When the pan is hot, pour a tablespoon of butter. Allow the butter to melt into the hot pan.
- Add the sliced onions and celery. Mix both of these veggies and fry it gently in the butter.
- When the onions start to get a little brown, add the capsicum. Fry the capsicum and other ingredients well.
- Now add the milk and cheese and mix it well. Let it cook and wait for the milk to come to a boil.
- Add the vegetables along with the herbs, pepper and the salt for taste.
- Allow it to cook for some minutes with a lid placed over the pan.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and let it cook well in the sauce for about 6 minutes.
Your yummy and mouthwatering veggie cheese pasta is now ready to eat. You can spice up the dish with hot garlic sauce to go with it.
