Easy Homemade Pathiri Recipe From Kerala
Pathiri recipe is famous in Kerala. It is also called ari pathiri or malabar pathiri. Pathiri is exclusively a Kerala recipe. Though pathiri looks like a dosa or pancake, its making is different from that of a dosa. It is not a tedious task, and it can be eaten for breakfast with pickle or any other gravy.
If you have been to God's Own Country, the malabar pathiri is something you would not have missed. Pathiri looks like pancake and melts in your mouth. In Kerala, they usually have it with chicken or beef curry. But for those who do not want non-vegetarian dishes in the morning, you can opt for a simple aloo or any other vegetable gravy or even pickles.
