Banana Berry Salad For Breakfast
We all know that it is healthy to have breakfast in the morning. However, in the crunching rush of the morning on a weekday, how is one supposed to make time for breakfast. Banana berry saladis a recipe that is both quick and nutritious.
You can ruffle up banana berry salad in just about 5 minutes on a busy morning when you are pressed for time. Here is the recipe for a banana breakfast recipe that will be filling, nutritious and also quick to make.

Serves: 1
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Bananas- 3 (chopped into medium sized pieces)
- Raspberries- 10
- Strawberries- 5 (cut into halves)
- Chilled yogurt- 1 cup
- Milk cream- 2tbsp
- Honey- 1tbsp
- Maple syrup- 1tbsp
Procedure
- Take the chopped bananas and berries in a large bowl that is already filled with yogurt.
- It is better for the yogurt to be chilled so that it doesn't taste too sour with the fruits in it.
- Pour cream over the fruits in the salad; then drizzle honey and maple syrup.
- You can skip the cream if you want to make it a low fat breakfast. You can also replace cream with low fat cream.
