Fruit Mousse With Lemon: Sweet Treat!

Fruit mousse with lemon recipe:
Ingredients
1 cup dehydrated/condensed milk
' cup yogurt (fat-free/skimmed_
8 egg whites
' cup lemon juice
2 tsp grated lemon zest
1/8 cup cream
1 cup low calorie sweetener
salt
Directions to make fruit mousse with lemon, American recipe:
1. Combine 4 egg whites , lemon juice, ' cup sweetener and lemon zest in a bowl and mix well. Keep the lemon juice mixture aside.
2. In another bowl, beat the remaining 4 egg whites. Now add cream and salt and whip till it becomes foamy.
3. Slowly add the remaining sweetener and keep mixing to avoid getting lumps. Mix till the mixture becomes glossy.
4. In another bowl, beat yogurt with milk and then add slowly to the lemon juice mixture. Now slowly add the egg white mixture into it and mix well.
5. Pour the final mixture in a container and cover with foil. Refrigerate over-night.
Fruit mousse with lemon is an easy recipe. Enjoy this low fat American style dessert!
