Cardamom
Powder

Nut

Optional
Method
In
a
pan
heat
the
ghee
over
medium
flame.
Add
flour
to
the
ghee
and
stir
till
it
gets
golden
brown.
In
another
vessel,
caramelize
the
sugar
in
water.
Add
the
cardamom
in
the
water.
As
soon
as
the
flour
turns
brown,
add
the
caramelized
water
and
stir
well.
Keep
stiring
till
the
time
ghee
leaves
separates
from
the
mix.
After
it
is
done,
serve
hot
with
cashew
garnishing.
