Kid's Special Recipe: Mango Kulfi
Summer is at its peak and the vacations are on. This season is special in India since it is the only time when we can relish the king of fruits- Mango. Why not prepare something special for your kids with mango? Almost all kids love to eat mangoes. So, this recipe of mango kulfi is a perfect option to make their summer holidays special.
Preparing mango kulfi is quite easy and it is a definite hit with the kids. During summers we all look for options to chill ourselves. Juices, lemonades, ice-creams and kulfis are the most delectable treats during summer. So, prepare this delicious dessert recipe of mango kulfi at home and beat the heat.

Here goes the recipe for mango kulfi.
Serves: 3-4
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Freezing time: 8 hours
Ingredients
- Milk- 3 cups
- Condensed milk- ½ cup
- Mango pulp- 1 cup
- Milk powder- ½ cup
- Cardamom powder- 1tsp
- Sugar- 2tbsp
Procedure
- In a deep bottomed vessel, mix all the ingredients milk, condensed milk, sugar and milk powder together. Switch on the flame.
- Bring it to boil. Then lower the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Turn off the heat and allow it to cool down completely.
- Once it cools down completely, add the mango pulp and mix well.
- Now pour the mixture into kulfi moulds and refrigerate it for 6-8 hours till it sets completely.
- Once the kulfi sets, take it out of the freezer and remove it gently from the mould.
Your mango kulfi is ready to be served. Enjoy the summer with the chilled delight.
