Choco- Vanilla Cake Sundae
Ingredients:
For the Vanilla Ice Cream :
200ml Milk
2tbsp Sugar
e tbsp Corn flour
e tsp Vanilla Essence
150gms Cream
To Serve :
1 Small Chocolate Cake
2 Choco Sticks
A few Nuts
Method:
For the Vanilla Ice Cream :
Make a paste of Sugar and Corn flour with cold Milk. Put the rest of the Milk to boil. When boiling, add the Corn flour paste. Stir continuously till the mixture is thick like sauce. Cool, mix in the essence and put in freezer. When the ice cream is half set, blend in liquidizer. Add beaten Cream. Mix well again. Leave to set in freezer.
For the Chocolate Ice Cream :
Prepare as above, but add Cocoa Powder and Coffee Powder along with the Corn flour while making the paste. Add beaten cream while blending in a liquidizer. Finally add nuts and Chocolate pieces and set in freezer.
To Serve :
Cut Chocolate Cake into half-inch strips and put into glasses. Spread some Vanilla Ice Cream on top of the Cake. Top with a scoop of Chocolate Ice Cream. Arrange Choco Sticks at an angle. Sprinkle some nuts and serve immediately.
