Avocado Ice Cream
The avocado is the native tree to the Caribbean , Mexico. This fruit the avocado is a commercial valuable fruit which is cultivated in the tropical climates throughout the world. Butter fruit as it widely known by a lot of people is highly nutritious in valuable fats and appear to have a beneficial fact on the blood serum levels.

Ice cream is an all time favorite desert dish of all the ages and when it comes to ice creams being made out of natural fruits it is all the more better. Here is the recipe to make ice cream for avocados which is refreshing and cool.

You will get started by getting the ingredients you need to prepare this desert:-

Peeled, and sliced 2 avocados
4 cups of Whipped cream
3 large egg yolks
2 tsps of flour
¼ cup of white sugar
11/2 tsp of vanilla
Salt to taste

Now to make the delicious avocado ice cream you have to follow these directions:-

  1. Blend the avocados and one cup of cream in a blender to make a smooth paste.
  2. In a container, beat the egg yolks with one cup of cream
  3. Now take a sauce pan and combine the flour, sugar and the salt . Blend thoroughly.
  4. Now whisk in the remaining two cups of cream and stir continuously over medium heat until it slightly begins to thicken.
  5. Now add in half of this mixture into the egg yolks and pour it back into the pan and stir over medium heat for a minute or two.
  6. Remove from heat and add in the vanilla , stir it well .
  7. Keep it chilled for about 2 hours.
  8. Later combine the avocado mixture and the egg yolk in an ice cream maker and process accordingly.

Eat and enjoy the rich feeling of this delicious fruity ice cream.
