1.1 cup butter (melted)

2.1 cup sugar (powdered)

3.1 tsp vanilla (if not use vanilla extract)

4.2 cups flour (all purpose)

5.1 cup Pecans (ground in food processor, not finely)


1.Preheat oven to 350°F.

2.Combine butter, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla in a bowl and mix thoroughly until light and fluffy.

3.Add flour and pecans gradually into the mixture and blend well.

4.Make small balls out of dough and place it on parchment paper or ungreased baking sheets.

5.Bake the balls for 15 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
