Coconut Kiss Cookies Recipe For Kiss Day -

Ingredients:

1. 2 egg whites (beaten)

2. 1/2 cup sugar

3. 2 tsps flour

4. 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar

5. 3/4 cup dry coconut (shredded)

Method:

1. Add sugar to foamy egg mixture and beat until it forms thick peaks.

2. Add vinegar, flour and fold in the dry coconut.

3. Drop every spoon of batter on the greased cookie sheet and bake it at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.

4. Leave aside to cool.

5. Garnish with coconut and your tasty coconut kiss cookies are ready.
