Chocolate Biscuit Cake Recipe

200 gms Marie biscuits
100 gms white butter
50 gms chopped almonds
40 gms chocolate bar
30 gms raisins
30 gms dessicated coconut
3 tbsp icing sugar
2 tbsp jam
2 tsp cocoa powder
METHOD :
Line a cake recipes tin with aluminium foil. Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin.
Break the chocolate bar into small pieces.
Add the biscuits, chocolate pieces, almonds, raisins and coconut into a large mixing bowl.
Melt the butter, cocoa powder and jam in a saucepan until both the butter and jam have melted.
Add the icing sugar and stir well. Pour this mixture into the mixing bowl.
Make sure the biscuit pieces are coated well with the chocolate mixture.
Empty this into the cake recipes tin. Cover with foil and press down firmly.
Refrigerate this cake recipes for hours until it's hard. While serving peel of the foil.
