Its Summer season and is best to eat and drink light. And for that, we present you with a tasty sweet corn soup with a special twist. Sweet corn provides both energy and nutrition without a compromise with taste. The vegetables in the special corn soup are rich sources of vitamins and fiber. Take a look at how to go about the delicious sweet corn soup recipe.
Sweet Corn Soup With A Special Ingredient -
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup sweet corn (boiled)
2. 1 cup tapioca pearls (soaked for atleast 6 hours in water)
3. 1/2 cup carrots (chopped, boiled)
4.1/2 cup beans (chopped, boiled)
5.1/2 cup green peas (boiled)
6. Pepper as per taste
7. Salt as per taste
8. Pinch of ginger
9. Cumin seeds powdered
10. 1 tsp corn flour
Special Corn Soup Preparation:
1.In a mixer, add all the boiled vegetables and grind it once with the vegetable boiled water (note: do not grind it finely into paste).
2.In a pot, add the ground mixture and bring it to boil.
3.Mix a teaspoon of corn floor in warm water and add it to the boiling mixture.
4.Then add ginger (optional), pepper, cumin powder, salt and tapioca pearls. Boil until the mixture attains soup consistency. Tasty special corn soup is ready to savor.
Enjoy the healthy sweet corn soup anytime, on anyday with any seasoning of choice. The summer recipe can also be relished as chilled soup by adding a few ice cubes.
