Mint Soup Recipe For Seasonal Ailments -
Ingredients:
- ' cup fresh mint leaves
- Pinch of ginger grated
- 1 tsp tamarind juice
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ' coriander (chopped)
- 1 tsp jaggery
- Salt according to taste
- 1 red chili
- ' tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp oil
Herb Soup Preparation:
1.In a pot, heat oil and add a teaspoon of cumin seeds, mustard seeds, mint leaves, ginger paste, coriander leaves, dry chilies and fry for a few minutes.
2.Then add 2-3 cups of water, tamarind juice, jaggery, salt according to taste and bring the mixture to boil. Tasty mint soup is ready.
