Chicken Balls in Cheese Soup
Chicken ball in cheese soup is an amazing appetizer. This soup recipe great for all all season, especially winter. Being a chicken and cheese recipe, it is naturally a favourite.
Ingredients:
For Chicken Balls
1 breast of chicken (minced)
2 tsp. Soya sauce
1/2 tsp. Ajinomoto
1 tsp. white pepper powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups chicken stock
For Soup
4 cups chicken stock
1 carrot
2 leaves, garden plants,non vegetarian recipes,onions,soups -cut into long, thin strips
2 spring onions - cut into long, thin strips
8 mushrooms - boiled and sliced
1/2 tsp. white pepper powder
1 tsp. salt
' tsp. Ajinomoto
Whites of 2 eggs
100 gm. cheese grated
Method:
For Chicken Balls
Mix the minced chicken with all the ingredients except the stock. Shape to balls.
In a pan bring the stock to boil. Drop the chicken balls to the stock. Boil till chicken balls are cooked. This would take roughly 10 minutes.
Separate the stock and the chicken balls. Keep the stock for the soup.
For Soup
Boil the stock and add the vegetables, salt, pepper, Ajinomoto and drop in the chicken balls.
Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix egg whites and mix to the hot soup. Ensure that the vegetables are parboiled.
Serve hot.
