Hibiscus tea is prepared from the sepals of the flower and can be consumed both hot and cold. Usually the Hibiscus sabdariffa flower tea extracts are available in stores but today we will explain on how you can prepare a homemade tea with White hibicus flowers. Have a look.

Hibiscus Tea Recipe - Healthy And Seasonal Recipe
Ingredients:
1. 2-3 White Hibiscus petals (sundried)
2. 1 Tea bag
3. 11/2 tsp Honey
4. A few drops of Lemon
5. 2 cups boiling water
Hibiscus Tea (Herbal Tea) Preparation:
1.Powder the dried petals and add it to the boiling water. Strain after a few minutes.
2.In a cup, add the flower dicoction, dip tea bag, add the other ingredients and stir. Serve immediately.
This herbal tea recipe serves two.
Drink the healthy recipe at least twice daily, get slimmer and trimmer.
