Dry Fruit Milkshake Recipe – An Easy Recipe For Pregnant Women
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Dates
- 4 Figs (soaked)
- ' cup Almonds (soaked, peeled)
- ' cup Pistachios (peeled)
- ' cup Cashews
- 5 Currants/ prunes
- 1 cup skimmed milk/ a scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 2-3 tbsps Honey
- Pinch of Cardamom
Dry fruit milkshake serves 350 calories/serving

How To Make Dry Fruit Milkshake?
1. Add all the ingredients into the blender jar and blend well.
2. Sprinkle cardamom powder and serve chilled or warm.
3. You can also make a dry nut powder and add it with fig, dates and milk whenever required. Tasty dry fruit milkshake ready to serve.
