Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Cinnamon sticks- 2 inches
- Ginger- ½ inch (grated)
- Black tea leaves- 1tsp
- Lemon- 2 slices
- Mint leaves- 5-6
Procedure
- Heat 3 cups of water in a kettle. Add the cinnamon sticks to it just when the water starts boiling.
- Allow the water to boil for 5 minutes with the cinnamon in it.
- Then, add the grated ginger and leave the kettle for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Finally, add tea leaves and take the kettle off the flame.
- Allow the tea leaves to soak for 3-4 minutes while the kettle is covered.
- Then pour out the rick brown liquid from the kettle and pour it into 2 cups.
- Add one slice of lemon to each cup and garnish with a mint sprigs.
