Anti Cholesterol Drink Recipe
1. 1 orange or sweet lime (deseed, separated)
2. 1 banana (peeled)
3. 1 carrots (peeled)
4. Pinch of jal jeera (optional, for taste)
5. Ice cubes (crushed)
How To Prepare Anti Cholesterol Drink?
1. Juice the bananas in a blender
2. Combine carrot and orange into juice.
3. In a glass, add the banana blend over the citrus mixture.
4. Complete the recipe by adding crushed ice and sprinkling jal jeera. Tasty anti cholesterol drink ready to relish.
