Paneer Cocktail Kebabs
Paneer cocktail is an interesting paneer recipe. This Indian recipe cooks very quickly. To try this snacks recipe at home you need nothing more than 30 minutes.
Ingredients For Panner Cocktail:
225 grams hard paneer
1/2 teacup plain flour (maida)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon amchur powder
1/2 teaspoon ajwain
oil for frying
Method For Paneer Cocktail :
Cut the paneer into small cubes To start this Indian recipe.
Mix the plain flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt in 1 teacup of water.
Mix the chilli powder, amchur powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and ajwain.
Dip the paneer pieces into the batter. Deep fry the paneer pieces in oil.
Roll them into the prepared masala mixture.
Put on toothpicks and serve paneer cocktail hot.
Note: This Paneer recipe cooks in 30 pieces.
