Two Ways To Prepare Kuttu Ka Pakora
Kuttu is one of the most widely used vrat ingredient in Hinduism. Also known as buckwheat, kuttu ka atta is used to prepare various vrat recipes. From kuttu ki roti to kuttu ka pakora, you can try numerous dishes using buckwheat.

Kuttu Ka Pakora: Shivratri Vrat Recipe In Two Ways:
Aloo coated with kuttu
Ingredients
1.
Potatoes-
3-4
(sliced
for
pakoras)
2.
Kuttu
ka
atta-
1
cup
3.
Green
chillies-
2
(chopped)
4.
Rock
salt-
as
per
taste
5.
Coriander
leaves-
1
spring
(chopped)
6.
Water-
as
required
7.
Oil-
for
frying
Procedure
1.
In
a
bowl,
make
a
semi-thick
batter
of
kuttu
ka
atta
using
water.
2.
Add
green
chillies,
rock
salt
and
coriander
leaves.
3.
Heat
oil
in
a
frying
pan.
When
the
oil
is
hot,
coat
the
potato
slices
with
kuttu
batter.
4.
Slowly
put
the
slice
into
the
pan.
Fry
till
it
turns
crisp
and
looks
brown.
5.
Repeat
the
same
process
with
the
remaining
potato
slices.
Kuttu Ka Pakora
Ingredients
1.
Potatoes-
3-4
(boiled)
2.
Kuttu
ka
atta-
1
cup
3.
Green
chillies-
2
(chopped)
4.
Rock
salt-
as
per
taste
5.
Coriander
leaves-
1
spring
(chopped)
6.
Water-
as
required
7.
Oil-
for
frying
Procedure
1.
Heat
oil
in
a
frying
pan.
2.
Meanwhile,
mash
the
boiled
potatoes
in
a
bowl.
3.
Add
kuttu
ka
atta
slowly
till
the
potatoes
mix
with
it
and
a
pakora
batter
is
prepared.
Use
water
if
required.
4.
Add
rock
salt,
coriander
leaves,
green
chillies
into
the
batter.
5.
Drop
small
pakora
balls
using
fingers
into
the
frying
pan.
Fry
till
the
pakoras
look
dark
brown
and
crisp.
6.
Repeat
the
same
process
with
the
remaining
batter.
