This Poha Recipe is very easy to make and can be enjoyed with different flavours.

Cooking Time 10 mins
All You Need
Poha - 2 cups
Spinach - 1/4th cup (chopped)
Carrot - 1
Onion - 1 chopped
Ginger - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 2 (chopped)
Curry leaves - few
Cashew Nuts - 4-5
Channa Dal - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tsp
Salt To Taste
Healthy Aloo Poha Recipe For Breakfast
Procedure
Wash the poha and keep it aside.
Add oil in a pan. Heat it. Add mustard, onion and cashew. Fry until it turns golden brown.
Add curry leaves, chopped ginger and chillies. Let it saute for a while.
Add carrots to the pan and fry well.
Add salt to the mixture and stir well.
Sprinkle a good amount of spinach on the mixture and stir until everything gets mixed.
Add turmeric to the pan.
Finally add the soaked poha to the pan and mix all the ingredients well.
Sprinkle some lemon juice on it and cook it for 5 mins.
Serve hot garnished with some coriander leaves.
Nutritional Tip: This is a healthy dish and can be relished by all.
Tip: Do not over soak the poha as it breaks.
