Coconut Vadas: Spcl Ugadi Recipe
Ugadi is jointly the new year of Kannadigas and Telugu people. And the good news is that it is just around the corner. Every year, people celebrate Ugadi with recipes that are both traditional and novel. So if you have already tried and tasted all the usual Ugadi recipes, you can start on some new Ugadi dishes. Coconut vadas for example are a special novelty to try this Ugadi.
Vadas are usually made out of sooji or rice paste. However, when coconut is the main ingredient for vadas, they are bound to be more delicious. This Andhra recipe is both sweet and spicy.
