Potatoes 1/2 kg
Tomatoes 2 numbers
Onion 1 no.
Garlic ginger paste 1 tsp
Coriander for garnishing
Oil for frying
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder one pinch
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
METHOD :
Cut potatoes and prepare chips by deep frying.
Finely chop onion and tomatoes.
Take 2 tbsp oil in a kadai and fry onion and tomatoes.
Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and chilly powder.
Cook till uniform gravy is formed.
Add the fried chips to the gravy and mix.
Garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle lemon juice over it.
Serve hot with any kind of plain Indian Bread
