Chili Fritters Recipe – Spicy Summer Snack
Ingredients:
1. Green Chilies
2. 1 cup thick curds
3. Salt as per taste
4. Oil for frying
Make Chili Fritters:
1.Add salt (as per taste) to thick curds and mix well.
2.Dip the chilies in the mixture and sun dry them until they change color.
3.Deep fry the chilies and your tasty chili fries are ready.
4.You can also dip the fried chillies in gram flour mixture (gram flour, salt & water batter) and fry.
Tasty chili fritters can go well with curd rice, salads or any rice recipes.
