Ingredients:
4 slices Bread
1 cup Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 Spring onion (finely chopped)
2 flakes Garlic (finely chopped)
3 tbsp Cornflour
Oil for frying
Seasoning:
' tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Vinegar
' tsp black pepper
' tsp ginger juice
2 tsp roasted white sesame seeds
2 tbsp Parsley (finely chopped)
Method:
Combine spring onion, garlic, cornflour & potatoes well. Add all seasoning except sesame seeds and parsley. Mix well. Cut the crust from the bread slices. Spread the potato mixture thickly on each slice, and gently press the slice.
Heat oil fry the bread slices one at a time, placing filling side down. Remove from heat, sprinkle sesame and parsley on the top of fried slices. Cut each slice into triangle and serve hot with sauce.
