Bread samosa doesn't require as many ingredients as the normal samosa, it is more crunchier and can be prepared as an evening snack. The stuffing may change according to choice.

Ingredients
- 1 pound bread
- A bowl of water
- Oil for frying
- 1 tsp rice flour
Stuffing:
- Potatoes (boiled, peeled, mashed)
- Green peas (boiled)
- Mint leaves (chopped finely)
- ' chilli powder
- ' tsp garam masala
- 2-3 green chillies (chopped)
- Salt according to taste

Preparation:
1.
Add
all
the
stuffing
ingredients
to
a
bowl
and
mix
well.
2.
In
a
pan,
heat
the
oil.
3.
Gently
cut
the
ends
of
a
bread
slice
(the
brownish
portion)
and
soak
the
slice
in
a
bowl
of
water.
4.
Squeeze
out
the
excess
water,
fill
the
stuffing
and
fold
it
in
the
form
of
cones.
Seal
the
ends
with
any
flour
paste
(flour
mixed
with
water).
5.
Deep
fry
the
samosas
in
oil
until
brown
and
drain
the
excess
oil.
Tasty
Indian
snack
is
ready
to
serve.
Serve
with
spicy
sauce
or
tamarind
chutney.
