Beans Fritters Recipe (Bean Fries) – Easy Healthy Summer Snack
Ingredients:
1. Beans (cut into pieces)
2. Oil For Frying
3. Salt as per taste
4. Cumin seeds powder as per taste
Make Beans Fritters:
1. Sun dry the beans until they change color and shrink.
2. Deep fry the dried beans in oil. Sprinkle cumin seeds powder and salt as per taste.
Tasty beans fritters are ready to serve. You can also dip the fritters in gram flour mixture (gram flour, chili powder and salt) and fry again.
