½ cup sprouts (soaked overnight)
8 tomatoes

1 carrot, grated
green chillies, minced
salt
breadcrumbs (optional)

coriander leaves, finely chopped
Directions to make tomato sprouts masala:
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into 2 halves. Now take a spoon and scoop out the seeds for stuffing.
- In a bowl, mix sprouts, onion, carrot and green chillies together. Add salt, lemon juice and chaat masala. Mix well so that the vegetables absorb the spices.
