Ingredients
1. Capsicum - 1 Cup (chopped)
2. Onion - 1 Cup (chopped)
3. Tomatoes - 1 Cup (diced)
4. Sweet Corn - 1 Cup
5. Mushroom - 1 Cup( Chopped)
6. Green Chilli - 4 to 5
7. Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
8. Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
9. Flat Bread - 3
10. Chesse - 1 cup
11. Butter - 2 tbsp
Procedure
- In a pan add oil, then add green chilli, garlic paste and black pepper.
- Now, add chopped capsicum, onions, garlic paste, tomato, mushrooms, sweet corn. Saute it well.
- You can add a little butter to it and then add the grated cheese to it. Add salt to taste.
- Keep this aside
- Take another pan and put the tortilla or the flat bread on it. Now, add butter to the flat bread and spread it all over. Heat the flat bread on both the sides.
- Now take the cooked quesadilla and neatly place it on the tortilla. Fold the flat bread and then cut them into two parts.
- Yummy tasty cheese quesadilla is ready to be served.
