Green Peas Cutlet Recipe – Spicy Monsoon Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cup green peas (boiled)
  2. 1 big potato (boiled)
  3. ' cup dill leaves (finely chopped)
  4. 2-3 green chilies (finely chopped)
  5. 1/2 tsp fresh ginger paste
  6. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1 tsp corn flour
  9. ' cup bread crumbs
  10. Butter

How To Make Green Peas Cutlet?

1. Mash the boiled green peas well. Add the mashed mixture to the boiled potatoes, mix well.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients (except corn flour, bread crumbs and butter) and shape it into small discs.
3. Mix a teaspoon of corn flour with water. Dip the cutlets in the corn flour mixture and rub over the bread crumbs.
4. Toast the cutlets in a pan with butter until brown. Spicy green peas cutlets is ready to serve.
