Green Peas Cutlet Recipe – Spicy Monsoon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cup green peas (boiled)
- 1 big potato (boiled)
- ' cup dill leaves (finely chopped)
- 2-3 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp corn flour
- ' cup bread crumbs
- Butter
How To Make Green Peas Cutlet?
1. Mash the boiled green peas well. Add the mashed mixture to the boiled potatoes, mix well.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients (except corn flour, bread crumbs and butter) and shape it into small discs.
3. Mix a teaspoon of corn flour with water. Dip the cutlets in the corn flour mixture and rub over the bread crumbs.
4. Toast the cutlets in a pan with butter until brown. Spicy green peas cutlets is ready to serve.
Enjoy the yummy hot cutlets with a spicy chutney on a cool rainy afternoon.
