Sunday's Breakfast: Egg Souffle
Egg Souffle is an egg recipe that is not too elaborate and yet you can call it a delicacy. That is why; it makes the ideal breakfast recipe for Sundays. You are a bit lazy on Sundays but you still want to have a grand meal to pamper yourself and family. So, make egg souffle to satisfy your taste-buds and also spare yourself from too much of hard
work.
Eggs are good for breakfast because of their high content of proteins. Egg souffle also has an additional burst of cheese to give you energy throughout the day. Breakfast recipes should be ideally healthy because it is the first meal of your day. That is why; it is very less oily and not too spicy. Here goes your egg soufflé breakfast recipe.

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Eggs- 4
- Milk- 1 cup
- Fresh cream- 2tbsp
- Parmesan cheese- 50 grams (grated)
- Mushrooms- 6 (cut into halves)
- Spinach- 1 bunch (chopped)
- Butter- 1tbsp
- Pepper- 1tbsp
- All purpose Flour- 2tbsp
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure
- Pour the eggs, cream, milk and cheese into a large mixing bowl. Beat it vigorously for 5 minutes. Then microwave the dough for 1 minute on 100 per cent power.
- Now add mushrooms, spinach, pepper and salt to the dough. Stir to mix it well.
- Take spoonfuls of the dough and roll it in all purpose flour. Now set them into baking cups that are greased with butter.
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake the dough in the microwave for 20 minutes on 60 per cent power.
Remove it from the oven and serve egg souffle hot with caramel sauce.
