Here is how you can prepare this healthy summer drink in the correct manner.

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Lemon- 4
- Salt- 1tsp
- Sugar- 2tsp
- Black Salt- ½ tsp
- Jaljeera Poweder- ½ tsp
- Soda powder- 1 tsp
- Ice- 4-6 cubes
- Water- 4-5 glasses
Procedure
- Cut the lemon into halves. Throw away the seeds of the lemon especially if you are making nimbu pani for small kids.
- Squeeze the fresh lemon in a large jar. Now pour all the water into this jar.
- Add the salt and sugar together to this jar.
- Use a spoon to stir the water and keep mixing till there is no salt or sugar settling at the bottom of the jar.
- You can also add black salt and jaljeera powder for taste. But make sure you mix them very well.
- Serve the nimbu pani in glasses with a cube or two of ice in each.
- If your kids want some froth, then add a dash of eating soda (sodium bicarbonate) to their glasses to turn nimbu pani into lemon soda.
- Enjoy this summer drink because it gives you fresh vitamin C and lots of energy to fight the heat.
