Tandoori Fish: Seafood Recipe

Tandoori fish, seafood recipe:
Ingredients
2 lbs white fish fillets cut into 2-3 inches pieces
1 tbsp green chillies
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
' cup vinegar
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cayenne pepper
lemon juice
salt
oil
Directions to make tandoori fish, seafood starters recipe:
1. Pre-heat the oven at broil. Cover the oven tray with foil to maintain cleanliness.
2. Blend ginger, garlic, vinegar, salt, cayenne powder and coriander and cumin seeds and make a paste.
3. Marinate fish pieces for 2 hours and after 2 hours, cover the pieces with the paste. Put little oil to prevent the paste from sticking on the tray. Now place them on the oven tray and broil for 10-15 minutes on both the sides till they become tender.
4. When the fish pieces are roasted, take them out, sprinkle lemon juice and serve it hot.
Tandoori fish recipe is ready. Enjoy this seafood starters with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
