The Pescetarians Meal-Fishy Baked Pie

You Will need:-
A cup Of Cooked fish
60 gms of Salt biscuits
2 tsps Of Butter
1 egg
' cup of milk
' cup of fine chopped onions
1 tsps of chopped ginger
I green chilli
' tsps of pepper powder
3 tsps of grated cheese
Directions To Cook:-
- First you have to cook the fish in a dish along with the required amount of salt. Add in the ginger, the green chillis and a little amount of vinegar. After it is cooked , slice the fish into big pieces.
- Take a bowl and place the fish in it. Add to it butter and fish crumbs. After this mix gently and place the mixture into a baking pie dish. Press firmly.
- Now bake it for 6 to 7 minutes, temperature should be at 375 degrees.
- Beat up the egg and add to it the minced onions, the cheese, pepper and the milk. Mix the ingredients well and pour it over the baked fish mixture. Sprinkle delicately the salted biscuits crumbs.
- Again bake it for some time till its firm.
Your delicious, oven baked fish pie is ready to eat. Serve hot and enjoy in ecstasy.
