Red Pepper Chicken Noodle Recipe
Red pepper chicken noodles recipe sounds like a great treat. It also tastes yummy since it has a ton of veggies added to it. More importantly, this noodle recipe has chicken - a lean meat, rich in protein and other vitamins. It is best to use breast chicken for this noodle recipe as it is tender and juicy.
The only spice which is added to the red pepper chicken noodles is black pepper powder. It enhances the taste along with the other ingredients that is used in this recipe.
This evening, prepare this delectable recipe for your family. Don't forget to add a little garlic sauce on the side or tomato ketchup. You can also sprinkle a little chilli sauce to increase the spiciness of this chicken noodle recipe.

All You need
- Noodles - 1 kg (boiled )
- Breast Chicken - 500 gms ( shredded, boiled)
- Red Pepper - 1 (sliced)
- Green Pepper - 1 ( sliced)
- Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
- Broccoli - ½ cup ( chopped finely)
- Tomato - 1 (chopped)
- Onion - ½ cup (grated)
- Green Peas - ½ cup (frozen)
- Chicken Cube - 2 ( smashed)
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Procedure
- Add olive oil to a wok.
- When hot, add in the grated onions and saute till pink in colour.
- Add to the wok the chicken cube and fry well on low flame.
- Now add in the chopped tomato, broccoli, red pepper, green pepper and fry for 3 minutes.
- Drop in the frozen green peas and stir the ingredients well.
- Add the pepper powder and the salt to the wok and mix.
- Now add in the shredded chicken and stir. Cover the wok with a lid and allow it to cook on medium flame for 5 minutes or so.
- When done, add the noodles and give it a final stir.
- Sprinkle a little soya sauce over the noodles and simmer the flame.
- Switch the flame after 15 minutes.
