Easy To Make Pepper Chicken Dry
Pepper chicken recipes are flooded everywhere. But here is something all chicken-lovers would love to try out. This is one of the easiest and tastiest dishes to make if you are craving for some spicy chicken.
Wear your aprons to prepare this quick and easy chicken recipe, a dry delicacy made of pepper and chicken. This recipe is any day easier and hassle-free than making a gravy recipe.

The aroma of Indian spices will make your taste buds drool. This pepper chicken recipe is the perfect one to try out to on a weekday, especially if the blues are high! Indulging in this exotic pepper chicken, that is truly an Indian dish, will make your day definitely spicy!
You can relish this pepper chicken as a side and a main dish as well. The flavour of black pepper in the chicken will surely tickle your according to your taste. Now, pick up the ingredients to spice up your plate.

Ingredients
For Marination
Pepper Powder- 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice- 5 tbsp
Salt- As per taste
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
For Masala
Chicken- Half Kg (chopped)
Onions- 3 (big)
Green Chillies- 5 (slit lengthwise)
Ginger- 1 (crushed)
Garlic- 1 (crushed)
Whole Black Pepper- 2 tbsp
Garam Masala- 1 tbsp
Fennel powder- 1 tbsp
Coconut Oil- 5 tbsp
Curry Leaves
Salt- As per taste

Procedure
1. Boil the chicken in a pressure cooker till you hear three to four whistles.
2. Once the chicken is boiled, keep it aside to cool.
3. Later, marinate the chicken pieces with pepper powder, lemon juice, salt and turmeric powder. Keep is aside for 30 minutes.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions, curry leaves and green chillies along with crushed ginger and garlic.
5. Saute the mixture till you get the aroma of the ingredients, and the onions will turn golden brown.
6. Add whole black pepper, garam masala and fennel powder to the mixture in the pan, and saute for a minute.
7. Add the marinated chicken pieces into the pan, and stir the whole mixture well.
8. Reduce the flame and close the pan with a lid. Keep the mixture in the pan for another 20 minutes but make sure that you stir it every five minutes (so that the chicken does not stick to the pan).
9. Once the chicken is done, the dish will turn into a light black colour ensuring that your yummy pepper chicken is ready to be served.
This pepper chicken recipe is perfect for an amateur cook as well who wants to prepare a dish without spending too much time. This dish can be served with rotis, rice and bread too.
